AFI Taking Entries for Short Film Series

The city of Pasadena, One Colorado and the American Film Institute are inviting filmmakers to submit short films for the AFI Summer Shorts Film Series.

The August event, which will feature short-format films of various genres projected outdoors in the One Colorado Courtyard, will be free and open to the public.

Entries must not have screened publicly and must be submitted on videocassette with an official entry form.

Films selected and screened will be automatically entered into the AFI International Film Festival.

Entry deadline is July 27.
