Now and again, everyday life settles into an artfully composed picture. At a recital in Fullerton, young dancers pause in a graceful tableau. At the Los Angeles Zoo, an orangutan gets comfy in his food bucket and watches the crowds watching him. At Port Hueneme, lifeguard Nathan Brown becomes a beachfront Atlas. And in Irvine, waders turn momentarily into fountain statues.
