Police Arrest 2 in Auto Theft Case

Two Oxnard residents have been arrested on suspicion of car theft, authorities said.

The owner who had reported the car stolen saw it in the area of Bard and Pleasant Valley roads about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oxnard police said. Police found the car in the 4400 block of Justin Way.

Kayshon Lyghts, 24, was arrested there and another suspect, 32-year-old Gregory Folse, was arrested in the 5300 block of Cypress Road. Folse remained in Ventura County Jail on Thursday. Lyghts was released from the Oxnard Police Department and was not charged.
