Ventura County Sheriff's Department investigators are asking the public for help in locating five fugitives wanted in connection with alleged crimes ranging from burglary to possession of dangerous drugs. Warrants have been issued in all cases.

Robert Scott Lieurance, 65, is wanted for failing to appear in court after posting bail in a theft case. He lives in a camper attached to a large Ford pickup truck and also uses a white Nissan pickup for transportation.

Lieurance is white, 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Dennis James Krebs, also known as Maynard G. Krebs, is wanted on suspicion of misdemeanor drunk driving and driving on a suspended license in November 1997. He has three prior DUI arrests, so the 1997 case is considered a felony.

Krebs, 43, lived in the Santa Barbara area but has moved. He telephones a relative in Los Angeles County, but Krebs' whereabouts are unknown. He last worked as an electrician.

Krebs is white, 5 feet 9 and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Also being sought is Jeffrey Dale Pierce, 29, who was arrested in December 1997 on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs. He was later released, but a case against him was filed in June. His family was notified, but Pierce has failed to appear in court. Pierce's last known address is 95 Bard Lane, Ventura.

Pierce is white, 6 feet tall and 160 pounds, with black hair and blues eyes. He has several tattoos, including devils, skulls and barbed wire on his left arm and skulls on his right arm.

Harry Theadore Jennings, 55, was arrested in January on suspicion of two counts each of burglary and forgery. He was released after he promised to appear in court. He never showed.

Jennings, who has worked as a welder, is white, 6 feet and 275 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He has a devil tattoo on his upper left arm and a bear on his upper right arm.

Rudolfo Daniel Castillo, 21, is suspected of using a knife to confront students at Camarillo High School and challenging them after announcing his gang affiliation.

He was arrested and booked but released when he promised to appear for court. He failed to show.

Castillo, a member of an Oxnard street gang, frequents Oxnard and Camarillo. He is Latino, 5 feet 8 and 160 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He also has a 1-inch scar on top of his head and a scar from a bullet wound on his right leg.

Anyone with information should call the Ventura County Crime Stoppers hotline at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.
