"The most memorable bottle of wine I've had recently was at Easter. I poured a 1996 Arrowhead Viognier, and we served it with fresh cracked crab and a curried mayonnaise. That is a stunning wine--smooth, intense, a little spicy. It just glided down. With the crab and the mayonnaise, it was just one of those moments.
