Zurich Payroll Solutions Ltd. said it formed a division based in Santa Ana to provide expanded tax filing services.
The division, Zurich Tax Filing Solutions, comprises the tax filing departments from its PayUSA and Dataccount units. Zurich Payroll, which is based in Princeton, N.J., acquired Dataccount Corp. in March for $23 million.
