HealthDesk Corp., a developer of interactive health management products, said it has agreed to merge with MC Informatics in Fountain Valley.
Berkeley-based HealthDesk said it will issue about 5 million shares of common stock to MC Informatics' shareholders, representing about 40% of the total outstanding shares after the merger.
