I/OMagic Corp. said Tuesday it has hired Meridian Capital Group Inc., a Newport Beach investment banking firm, to develop a strategy for the company to meet requirements to be listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap market. The stock currently trades over the counter. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Irvine-based I/OMagic develops and makes multimedia and communication peripheral products.
