Ingram Micro Inc. said it has completed its acquisition of the assembly facilities of Tulip Computer NV in the Netherlands. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Tulip Computer is a holding company that develops, manufactures, distributes and services professional microcomputer and network systems. Ingram Micro, based in Santa Ana, is the world's largest distributor of technology products and services.
