June 16, 1998|BARBARA MURPHY

Americorp, the holding company for American Commercial Bank, is paying a dividend of 21 cents per share, representing the 58th consecutive quarterly dividend.

"The bank has sustained strong earnings during the past 14 years, and this is the major contributing factor for maintaining this dividend payout," said bank President and CEO Gerald J. Lukiewski.

The bank has been rated a premier performing bank for 1998 by Findley Reports on California Financial Institutions. Findley analyzes the areas of growth, profitability and equity return.

American Commercial Bank, with assets of more than $134 million, has three offices in Ventura and one in Camarillo.
