NeoTherapeutics Inc. said it has named four new directors, boosting the board's size to nine from five.
The Irvine biotechnology company said Eric L. Nelson, a member of the company's scientific advisory board; Stephen Runnels, executive vice president of the company; and Samuel Gulko, chief financial officer of the company, were elected to two-year terms.
