Reagan Library Shows Painter's Work

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library will exhibit paintings by American artist Fredric Booker in the Auditorium Gallery this month.

Continuing through March 20, the exhibit will showcase Booker's watercolors depicting an idyllic America of the 1940s and 1950s.

Booker, an African American painter who has won wide acclaim for his work, began his career as an architect before becoming a painter. He lives and works in Central California.

The Reagan Library is open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $4, $2 for seniors 65 years or older.
