KISSIMMEE, Fla. — An Anglican priest who was asleep in a recliner when a tornado flung him and the chair 60 yards has become the 42nd person to die as a result of February twisters.

The Rev. Joseph Ridgely, 70, who lived in Kissimmee's heavily damaged Morningside Acres neighborhood, had been in critical condition since the storm and died Thursday, the Orlando Sentinel reported Friday.
