March 20, 1998

A 19-year-old man who was arrested in the shooting death of a liquor store owner has been released and another suspect has been arrested, police said.

Police on Wednesday arrested a second 16-year-old in the March 3 robbery and slaying at the Family Affair liquor store. He was charged with murder, armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.
