As I read your article on St. Lucia ("A Poet's St. Lucia," Feb. 22), I relived one of my most enjoyable Caribbean vacations. Your article brought back wonderful memories of this very beautiful island and culture.
We stayed at the Green Parrot, which had excellent food, ambience and entertainment, including the show hosted by Chef Harry.
Our Friday night Gros Islet "jump-up" dance experience continued throughout the night, even during the rain. It was like being a kid again!
