In honor of men and women who have served in the armed forces, a 6:30 p.m. concert featuring big band and swing music will be held Saturday at the city's historic George Key Ranch.
Al Sanada, who formed his All Star Big Band in 1955, is the featured performer. Special guests will include local Medal of Honor recipients.
Tickets are $7. Discounts are available in advance for those who buy tickets to other summer concerts at the ranch.
The 1998 concert series includes Celtic and traditional folk music June 13; an evening with John Henderson and his orchestra July 18; and Irish and Appalachian folk music with the Tinker's Own and the Cottonwood String Band on Aug. 1.
