The Ventura County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating four fugitives wanted for crimes ranging from spousal battery to probation violations.
Timothy Scott Curren, 32, was previously convicted of being under the influence of drugs and placed on probation. He was then arrested in March for allegedly possessing drugs and, while awaiting trial in that case, he was arrested on suspicion using drugs. He has failed to appear for court in the most recent two cases and has violated his probation in the first case, authorities say.
Curren's last known address was in Thousand Oaks. He is white, 6 feet 1, 175 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Thomas John Frasca, 33, was convicted of drug possession, but failed to comply with a diversion program.
Frasca was last known to have lived in the 1300 block of Elsinore Avenue in Ventura. He is white, 5 feet 7, 155 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has scars and burns on his right arm and hand.
In August, Juan Contreras Rocha, 43, severely battered his live-in girlfriend in El Rio, officials say. He has a prior history of battery and served time in prison. He has been seen frequently in Oxnard, Hawaiian Gardens and Anaheim.
Rocha is known to drive a faded dark blue Ford Ranger pickup truck with a gray primer hood.
He is Latino, 5 feet 7, 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Rocha's last known address was in Oxnard. He has a scar over his right eye.
Roshan DeSilva Marzorati, 46, used to work at a travel agency in the financial tower near the Esplanade in Oxnard. She is wanted for writing checks with insufficient funds. She used to frequent the Santa Barbara area.
Marzorati is Latina, 5 feet 1, 102 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
