Crescenta Valley 42, Glendale 0--Derrel Furutani rushed for 255 and four touchdowns in 25 carries at Glendale to help the Falcons (6-2, 3-1) set up a showdown for the league title with first-place Arcadia next Friday.

Furutani scored on runs of two, 19, seven and 62 yards. His first three touchdowns came on consecutive possessions in the second quarter, when Crescenta Valley scored 28 points to take a 35-0 halftime lead.

Crescenta Valley won despite being penalized 19 times for 206 yards.

Seth Santoro completed 13 of 23 passes for 201 and a 56-yard touchdown to Jason Hogan on the last play of the first half. Santoro scored the Falcons' first touchdown on a two-yard run on their opening possession.

Crescenta Valley limited Glendale (3-6, 0-4) to 95 total yards. David Pogosyan rushed for 65 yards in 16 carries for the Dynamiters.

Steve Caballo and Jared Salisbury had interceptions for Crescenta Valley. Salisbury returned his interception 14 yards to the Glendale 19-yard line, setting up a touchdown.
