* Re "County Tactics in Rape Victims' Suit Questioned," Oct. 7:
Would someone please explain to me how two unfortunate county wards could be so unlucky as to have been placed under the roof of a foster mother whose teenage son repeatedly raped them, resulting in abortions and an eventual live birth at age 14? The reason I am asking for an explanation is because our Los Angeles County supervisors were all unavailable for comment.
