An Orange County Superior Court judge is scheduled today to set the execution date for a Hawthorne man convicted more than a decade ago of a double murder.
Jaturun Siripongs, 46, was convicted in 1983 of strangling a Garden Grove food store manager and fatally stabbing a clerk during a robbery in 1981.
