Other board members will be Donald R. Beall, former Rockwell chairman and chief executive and current board member; Richard M. Bressler, a Rockwell director who is a member of its audit and compensation committees; Jerre L. Stead, chairman and CEO of Ingram Micro; and F. Craig Farrill, corporate vice president and strategic technology officer for AirTouch Communications.
