Authorities Seek Help in Tracking Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating four fugitives wanted for crimes ranging from unlawful sex with a minor to possession of dangerous drugs.

Armando Vivian Martinez, also known as Armando Bivian, 20, is being sought for allegedly violating his probation and allowing a juvenile to be in possession of alcohol. He was previously convicted of unlawful intercourse with a minor.

Martinez's last known address was 120 E. Vince St., Ventura, and he last worked in the restaurant business. Martinez is Latino, 5 feet 6, 135 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He has "Brown" tattooed on his right arm, "Martinez" on his left wrist and "Pride" on his left arm.

Another fugitive is Jesus Herrera, also known as Jesse Gonzales, Jesse Herrera, Jesse Delapaz and Jesse Delacruz].

Herrera, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale and was released from jail, but failed to appear in court. He has lived at the Wagon Wheel Motel in Oxnard and in the 2800 block of Alvarado Street in Oxnard.

Herrera is Latino, 5 feet 10, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities are also searching for Richard Mark Lopez, 33, who was convicted of drug possession. He is wanted for allegedly violating the terms of his probation.

Lopez moved to Modesto, but he has since left that location.

His last known Ventura County address was in the 2400 block of Woodpecker Drive in Ventura.

Lopez is white, 5 feet 9, 170 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He has a scar on his chin.

Jane Chiquito, also known as Jane Guzman, 20, who was convicted of selling and transporting narcotics, is being sought for violating allegedly probation and failing to appear in court. Her last known address was 411 N. Julian St., Oxnard.

Chiquito is Latina, 5 feet 4, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has "Angel" tattooed on her left ankle and "Swan" on her right ankle.

Warrants have been issued in each of the four cases.
