Orrefors/Kosta Boda Galleri is celebrating its 100th anniversary today and Sunday at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Part of the celebration includes a presentation by one of its artists, Lena Bergstrom, who will discuss her technique, answer questions and sign her pieces ($400-$3,800).

The Swedish glass house is renowned for the shapes, designs and vibrant colors of its vases, platters, bowls and sculpture. The only West Coast display of a special, one-of-a-kind collection of 25 art pieces will be at the boutique through Sunday.

Plan of Attach

Do your kids have a hang up about hanging up their stuff? There's relief. 3M--the maker of transparent tape--comes to the rescue with a line of self-adhesive hooks, clips, hangers and strips to keep clutter off floors and desks.

The organizers (from $2-$5) make belongings easier to find, which may result in better grades--or at least less time to clean a room.

They come in gray, white or clear plastic. The adhesive leaves no marks or holes on walls or furniture. Hooks can be placed at a height where children can reach, then be moved up as they grow.

3M Mounting Products are available in hardware, houseware, variety stores and decorating centers.

Metal Mate

Tarnished silver comes clean with Mr. Metal. Use it to shine and protect aluminum, brass, bronze, chrome, copper, gold, pewter, platinum, silver, silver plate and many other metals.

The abrasive-free formula dissolves tarnish and dulling grime without scratching the metal surfaces--even on fine jewelry and cooper cookware. It won't damage ornately etched designs or clear-coated metals either.

Boats and cars also benefit from a rubbing of Mr. Metal (8 ounces, $3-$4). Available through Albertsons, Vons, discount drug stores, mass merchandisers and hardware stores.
