NetConstruct Inc. of Studio City will participate in a joint venture to make the Internet available to homes and businesses throughout India.
Under the agreement, NetConstruct will design and build the Internet infrastructure, and K.K. Modi Investment & Financial Services Ltd. of New Delhi will market the services.
