When Angelo and Tina Theodossis first walked through the door of their home 12 years ago, they were impressed with the majestic high ceilings and brick detail on the front exterior.

The 4,200-square-foot, two-story home also has a large master bedroom and a game room, to which the parents and children often retreat. And there's a formal library and three interior fireplaces, which the family put to good use during the chilly months.

"The house is one of a kind," Angelo Theodossis says.

The cul-de-sac home also has a prime location near the beach and schools.

This four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom house has been ideal for a family with two daughters, ages 23 and 17, and 14-year-old triplets--two girls and a boy--still at home.

But the couple say it's time to move on. They're building a bigger house in San Juan Capistrano so that the children will no longer have to share bedrooms.

"They'll miss this house," Angelo Theodossis says.
