* Carlos Santana, right, and his band are adding another stop to their swing through Southern California by playing the Hollywood Bowl on Oct. 3. Tickets for that show go on sale Sunday morning . . . Beck, Rage Against the Machine, Chemical Brothers, Morrissey and Tool lead the lineup for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 1999. Tickets go on sale Saturday for the Oct. 9 and 10 festival at the Empire Polo Field in Indio. The show's admission is $50 a day. . . . Run DMC, the Sugar Hill Gang, Whodini, Grand Master Melle Mel and Kurtis Blow will assemble Sept. 12 at the Universal Amphitheatre for the "20th Anniversary of Hip-Hop: The Original New York City Fresh Fest." Tickets go on sale Saturday. . . .Britney Spears, LFO, Mya and Divine share the bill at the Shrine Auditorium on Sept. 24. Tickets go on sale Saturday morning. . . . Country duo Brooks & Dunn will play the Glen Helen Blockbuster Pavilion on Sept. 10, with tickets going on sale Saturday morning . . . .
