* William Wilhelm has been appointed project executive at R.D. Olson Construction in Irvine. He had been senior project manager. Wilhelm joined the company in 1994, after being a self-employed contractor and developer. Before that, he was a project manager at Birtcher Construction.
* Robert E. Grice Jr. has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer for IPNet Solutions Inc. in Newport Beach. He was formerly chief financial officer at Object Automation. In addition, Kian Saneii was named senior vice president, worldwide marketing. Saneii was most recently senior vice president, worldwide marketing, at IMA. He has also held executive appointments with AT&T and FileNet Corp.
