Internet Access Provider NetZero Acquires AimTV

NetZero, Westlake Village, said it has acquired AimTV in a stock-for-stock transaction of approximately 1 million shares of NetZero stock.

AimTV has developed technology to transmit broadcast-quality television commercials over narrowband Internet connections.

NetZero provides free Internet access and e-mail services to consumers in exchange for information enabling companies to target advertising to their markets.
