VitalCom Inc. said Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Shelley B. Thunen, will resign in January to become executive vice president and chief financial officer of a privately held Internet commerce and applications software company.
The Tustin maker of wireless patient information networks and software said its president, Frank T. Sample, will act as interim chief financial officer after Thunen's departure until the company finds a permanent replacement.
