Kestrel Equity Acquires 3-D Film Production Firm
Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc., North Hollywood, a 3-D film production company has been acquired by Kestrel Equity Corp., North Hollywood, in a stock-for-stock exchange. The terms of the reverse merger were not disclosed. The new company will be known as Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc.
John G. Kookootsedes has been named president and chief executive of the new company, which will be headquartered in Studio City.
