United States representatives Rob Rader and Brian Bissell finished 11th in race seven in the multihull open class (Hobie 16) on the third day of the Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championships Saturday in Simon's Town, South Africa.

Rader and Bissell of Newport Beach are 11th overall with 60 points, two points behind the 10th-place Austrian team. Their best finish was sixth, which came in the fifth race.

Tahiti is holding on to first with 14 points, France is second with 15, and Brazil third with 17.
