Davis' Cabinet--A story in Monday's editions about Gov. Gray Davis' new Cabinet inaccurately described the background of Agriculture Secretary William J. Lyons. Lyons was chairman of the California Farm Services Agency for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and he is managing partner of his family's Mapes Ranch near Modesto, which raises cattle and grows vegetables.
