The Sports Club Co. in Los Angeles has agreed to acquire the membership base and certain assets of Sporthouse Inc., which operates a health and fitness club in Thousand Oaks.
"We expect to convert a substantial number of the Sporthouse members to our new Spectrum Club-Thousand Oaks when it opens later this month," said John M. Gibbons, president and chief operating officer.
