The City Council will consider adopting the Measure M seven-year capital improvement program at its meeting today. Its adoption makes the city eligible to receive funding for various transportation-oriented projects that the city plans to take on in the next seven years, the city staff reported. It doesn't obligate the city to complete the projects reflected in the program, however. The council meets at 6650 Beach Blvd. at 5 p.m.
