NEW YORK — B.F. Goodrich Co., stinging from rival AlliedSignal Inc.'s antitrust suit against its planned $2-billion purchase of Coltec Industries Inc., may turn the tables and protest AlliedSignal's plan to acquire Honeywell Inc.
But first, B.F. Goodrich wants to talk to Honeywell, a customer for its avionics equipment, to determine the effect the deal might have on its business, a spokesman said.
