Nadler Cypress Holdings, Westlake Village, has bought a 21,523-square-foot medical office building on La Venta Road in Westlake Village for $4.15 million. Nadler, an investment group, plans to continue to lease the building which was 100% leased at the time of sale.
Grubb & Ellis, Los Angeles, represented both the buyer and seller, Medical Land Owners Assn., in the transaction.
