Performance Products, a Van Nuys-based auto parts distributor, has purchased a 57,859-square-foot industrial building on Haskell Avenue in Van Nuys for $3.18 million.
Delphi Business Properties, Van Nuys, represented the seller, Ruth Lieberman Trust, and R.J. Feder and Associates represented the buyer.
