San Juan Capistrano

The City Council on Tuesday once again sent a proposal to build homes on a parcel at Rancho Viejo and Village roads back to the drawing board. Council members consider the number of homes--27--to be too many for the site next to Village San Juan. The developer received a similar response in February for a proposal with 28 homes. The council will conduct a workshop with the developer within the next two months to mediate the issue.
