Police are asking the public's help in identifying two men wanted in connection with a series of strong-arm robberies that began in July in northwest Fullerton. In each of the eight cases--the most recent incident occurred at the end of March--a female driver of Asian descent has been accosted at night as she pulled into the driveway or garage of her home. In each instance, the suspect snatched the victim's purse and ran to a car in which a second suspect was waiting and drove off. None of the women was injured. Although no weapons have been seen, Sgt. Joe Klein said in one incident the suspect threatened to shoot the victim.

Both suspects are described as black males. One is 18 to 25 years old, 5-feet-10 to 6-feet-2, 150 pounds, with a thin build. The second suspect is described as 25 to 35, 5-foot-10 to 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with a heavy build. Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to call Det. Craig Odom at (714) 738-5327.
