Wonton Wonders

I make one trip to the store for a whole roasted chicken, a bag of designer lettuce, wonton skins and a bottle of Chinese chicken salad dressing. I just plate the lettuce and add the chicken, which I pull off the bones while I'm frying the wonton strips. It takes one second to drain the wontons on paper towels, then they go on top of the salad while still warm. Pass around the dressing. Save some wontons to sprinkle with powdered sugar for dessert.
