VENTURA COUNTY BUSINESS

* Summit Contracting of Duarte was awarded a contract for $362,945 from Ventura County to remove debris from Vista del Rincon in La Conchita. The project includes construction of a pile lagging wall as well as landslide and debris removal. The work is expected to begin Nov. 30 and be completed by April 26.
