The Newport Beach provider of diagnostic imaging and information, treatment and related management services said net income for the first quarter of fiscal 2000 totaled $1.3 million, or 14 cents a share, down 24% from the $1.7 million, or 18 cents a share, for the prior-year period. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 increased 22% to $46.2 million.
