The Placentia Planning Commission voted last week to pave the way for an employee parking lot at the Placentia Mutual Packing House on Evelyn Place. The packing house is one of the city's early citrus packing facilities. Its warehouse now has several tenants with a limited amount of parking. The lot, once built, would provide 12 spaces.
