Sitestar Corp., Encino, announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Neocom Microspecialists for an undisclosed sum. The transaction was to close early this month. Sitestar said the acquisition is part of its regional expansion plans. Neocom provides Internet access, hosting and Web design in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Sitestar is a diversified Internet holding company that acquires and invests in Internet-related enterprises including e-commerce.
