Ingram Micro Inc. said Tuesday that it has agreed to take on the logistics and management of most of Sarcom Inc.'s annual sales over the next five years. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The agreement also calls for Ingram, the Santa Ana-based distributor of computer products, to reduce Sarcom's operating costs and will allow Sarcom to expand its customer-service capability.
