The Chinese risotto at Le Chine Wok II is quite different from its Italian counterpart. Instead of Arborio, it is made with brown rice and a few grains of wild rice combined with finely cut Chinese mustard greens and mushrooms. The taste is so rich and meaty that you could serve it as a main dish, with a tofu salad on the side. Or serve it alongside one of Le Chine Wok's tofu dishes, such as hot braised tofu or tofu with black bean sauce.
