Pacific Industrial Partners Changes Name

August 08, 2000|Bob Howard

Pacific Industrial Partners, manager of 4 million square feet of industrial, commercial and retail properties as well as 2,700 multifamily units in Southern California, has changed its name to Hager Pacific Properties, the company announced. The new name reflects the company's "growing receptivity to all kinds of real estate opportunities" despite its continued primary focus on industrial properties, said Robert Neal, executive vice president and one of three owner-managers at the Newport Beach- and Encino-based company.
