Recent Westminster High School graduate Vandai Le will be presented with a Simon Youth Foundation scholarship award at the Westminster Mall at 11 a.m. today. Le will receive a check for $1,500 and a variety of gifts from the center's stores as part of the community scholarship program established by the mall's marketing manager.
