'Shrooms and 'Chokes Together

Ralphs' fresh mushroom and artichoke salad is seasoned with red wine vinegar and lemon juice as well as olive oil. Strips of red bell pepper add color to the mixture of artichoke hearts and whole button mushrooms tossed with parsley. Eat it straight or add it to a green salad or antipasto plate.
