Man's Body Found in Burning Car

A man's body was found in the trunk of a car engulfed in flames, Los Angeles County sheriff's officials said Thursday.

The body was found in a Lexus at Little Tujunga Canyon Road at Mile Marker 12.84 about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sheriff's Sgt. Bob Killeen said.

Identification has not been made and homicide detectives are investigating, authorities said.
